A Year of Connection & Celebration To Being Closer To It All!

As the sun sets on 2025, one thing is unmistakably clear: this was a year shaped by shared moments, new traditions, and neighbors who genuinely enjoy life together at Vistera of Venice. The Club at Vistera of Venice opens!

It was with much anticipation that the heart of our community, The Club, was officially opened at our Ciao Bella Grand Opening event in March 2025. The theme was a nod (and a Prosecco toast) to our city of Venice and its sister city in Italy.

The festivities showcased The Club’s thoughtful design, from the welcome foyer with pool and loggia views, through the main lounge to the more relaxed game room. The event set the tone and proved that Vistera offers the perfect balance of active, social, and – when you’re not partying – tranquil experiences that so many are seeking in their new home community.

Good Times, Great Neighbors

Connecting with neighbors and friends is easy here with our curated events. The Spring Fling back in April was a joy, with a traditional Easter egg hunt, treasures found throughout the yoga and event lawns, patios, and open green spaces, plus yard games and even photos with the Easter bunny.

Summer and Labor Day were ushered in with a splash at the Vistera Summer Kick-off Pool Party with a DJ, hot dogs, and refreshing times at our resort-inspired pool. And back-to-school time was a thrill with our circus-themed Back-To-School Bash featuring stilt walkers, a magician, and a popcorn machine.

The exceptional schools are just one reason why families are drawn to Vistera. We also featured the Vistera Lifestyle Director’s “You’ve Been Boo’d” event, where most residents participated, made baskets, and shared the spirit of Halloween. One of the many perks of living at Vistera is having a Lifestyle Director who hosts homeowner events that foster connection and build a sense of community among residents.

Fall 2025 Model Home Tours were a Big Attraction

Our Fall Home Tour Event in October 2025 attracted several new visitors who toured the impressive model homes from David Weekley Homes, M/I Homes, and Neal Communities. Each model featured fall-inspired activities, crafts, and a coffee truck to enhance the visit’s ambiance, but mostly, it shared a taste of the neighborly connections and activities residents here enjoy.
